At purgingligamento, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may return ready-made items within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn and unused
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase
  • The item was not purchased as a final sale or clearance item

Custom Orders

Custom-designed accessories are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Custom jewelry pieces
  • Personalized scarves
  • Made-to-order home accessories
  • Any item created to your specifications

We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure you are satisfied before production begins.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error
  • It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate your preference. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized accessories
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases at purgingligamento and does not expire.
